Eligible Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has manufacturing defects
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged by misuse
- Products altered after delivery
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
